Plain language, not legalese. This describes what actually happens to your data in this product today.
What we collect
What you tell us — symptoms, dates, service history, in your own words. Your email. Basic usage logs. Payment metadata from Stripe when you buy a credit. We never see your full card number.
What we never collect
Uploaded documents. Medical records. Your C-File. Service treatment records. Decision letters. Photos, scans — none of it. There's no upload feature anywhere in this product. Not limited. Nonexistent.
How your draft is generated
Your answers go to Anthropic's Claude API, under Anthropic's Commercial Terms, to generate your checklist and drafts. No one reads your specific answers unless you reach out for support.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your answers and documents so you can pick up where you left off. Want it gone? Delete your account and everything with it, anytime, from your account page.
Security practices
All traffic encrypted in transit. Data encrypted at rest. Database-level access rules keep your data scoped to your account. We don't log your free-text answers.
What this product is not
Not a HIPAA-covered entity. Not a law firm. Not an accredited VA representative. We don't file, submit, or prosecute your claim — you do that yourself, or hand it to your own doctor or a free accredited VSO/attorney.
